It also cannot negate Special Summons which occur through lingering effects, such as when Future Fusion Summons during the 2nd Standby Phase after activation or when W Nebula Meteorite's effect Special Summons a monster during the End Phase. This card can negate Synchro and Xyz Summons, the Summon of a monster like Gladiator Beast Gyzarus, and also Special Summons performed through Summoning Procedures such as that of Cyber Dragon or Grapha, Dragon Lord of Dark World.
